I did a thing today that was a bit outside my comfort zone but was actually great.

I visited Ripple Recovery for a half hour float session.

Now, I’m not the most relaxed person out there and the thought of being in this magnesium salt pod for half an hour, alone with my thoughts actually scared the living daylights out of me.

I’m the person in a yoga class (it’s been a while) thinking “there are eleventy million other things I could be doing right now”.

So I wasn’t sure how I’d go.

Much to my surprise, I loved it. It was kind of like a massage without a massage if that makes any sense. Very relaxing.

I even turned the light out for a short period of time to see what that was like.

It didn’t take long for my mind to slow down and for my body to relax. I’ve often used magnesium spray over the years so I guess this is similar but way more effective.

I love it that we have a business in Canungra that offers something so different and I’ll definitely be back again.

This facility is clean and tidy and the staff are great. All the services work well and there is plenty of information to help select the right service for your needs.
