FAQs

We understand that trying something new, like our sauna therapy, can raise some questions. From how to prepare for your first session to understanding the benefits and safety measures, our FAQ section provides all the essential information you need. Whether you’re curious about the temperature, duration, or any health-related concerns, we’ve got you covered.

How does an infrared sauna differ from a traditional sauna?

Unlike traditional saunas that heat the air, infrared saunas use near, mid, and far infrared light to penetrate the body directly. This creates deep heat at a lower temperature (45–65°C / 113–150°F), making it more comfortable and accessible.

How long should a session last?

A typical session runs for 30 minutes. Beginners may start at 15–20 minutes and gradually increase over time.

How often should I use the sauna?

For general wellness, 2–3 times per week is ideal. For pain management or detox goals, 4–5 sessions per week may be beneficial.

Is it safe for everyone?

Infrared saunas are safe for most people. However, if you are pregnant, have cardiovascular issues, or are sensitive to heat, please consult your doctor first.
