We understand that Cold Plunge Therapy can be a new experience for many, and you may have some questions before your first session.
Our plunge is maintained between 8–12°C (46–54°F) — the optimal range for stimulating circulation, reducing inflammation, and providing a safe yet invigorating experience.
Beginners may start with 1–2 minutes per immersion. Experienced clients often build up to 3–5 minutes. Short, repeated plunges with breaks in between are also effective. Always listen to your body — exit if you feel numbness, dizziness, or discomfort.
Many people benefit from 2–4 sessions per week, though daily plunges are safe for those who tolerate them well.
Cold plunging is generally safe, but people with heart conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, respiratory issues, or pregnancy should consult their doctor before participating.
